Lee Quaile - Founder & President
Before launching Distinct Homes in 2014, Lee had spent several years working as a Realtor in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Having gained valuable experience in interactions with municipal planning departments, developers and - most importantly - homebuyers, Lee identified an opportunity. An opportunity for a nimble building company with the speed and flexibility to cater to custom visions, but backed by decades worth of expertise in the trades and strong connections to local contractors and suppliers.

Trevor Schwartz - Project Manager & GC
Trevor has been working directly with Distinct Homes owner Lee Quaile since the company’s launch seven years ago. The son of a carpenter, Trevor has been putting his heart into contracting for well over 20 years now, with a large number of substantial projects under his belt across Southwestern Ontario. Always friendly and easy to collaborate with, Trevor loves working with clients to give form to their visions, whether a simple renovation or an entirely new custom home. Trevor lives with his family in the quiet crossroads of Gads Hill.

Sean Power - Project Manager & GC
A lifelong resident of Kitchener-Waterloo, Sean has been honing his craft in the trades since his early years. Specializing in tailored renovations and custom additions, Sean's skill in helping clients get every benefit out of an existing property has been crucial to Distinct Homes' success and growth these past several years.
Brendan Murphy - Business Manager & Coordinator
Brendan has worked closely with Lee for the past nine years, in both the real estate and business development fields. Having closely observed and assisted with Distinct Homes' growth since 2014, Brendan welcomes the opportunity to devote more of his time to the company's success and to ensure that each client receives responsive five-star service. Himself a lifelong resident of Kitchener-Waterloo, Brendan has a strong background in communications, marketing and business management.
